About NEC
NEC has announced that it intends to exit the premises-based private branch exchange (PBX) business in all markets outside of Japan. It will phase out the last of their on-premise business phone systems. They include the three models: SL2100, SV9100 and the 3C. Other NEC phone systems have already been EOL including the NEC Aspire, XN120, SV8100 and SL1100. The last date orders for new products will be the at end of 2024. The end of support won't in fact happen until March 31, 2025.
